• Installer applications – business name, years in business, services, regions, certifications (e.g., PAS 2030/2035, NVQ, MCS, Gas Safe, NICEIC), insurance details.

• Communications – emails, messages and call notes.

• Forms on our website (contact, free quote, calculator, Installer Network application).

• Email, phone, social media and live chat.

• Analytics/cookies when you browse our site.

Why we use your data (lawful bases)

• To process installer applications and onboard partners – Legitimate interests or Contract.

Who we share it with

We only share data when necessary:

  All processors act on our instructions and are bound by data processing terms.

International transfers

Some suppliers (e.g., Google, Mailchimp) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information.

How long we keep it

• General enquiries & quotes: up to 24 months from last contact.

• Installer applications: up to 36 months from last contact or until you ask us to delete it (unless needed for legal claims).

• Contracts, invoices and tax records: 6 years minimum (HMRC requirement).
  We’ll keep data longer only if required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
